Item & Description:

1. Project management and coordination: $25 to $250 an hour
2. Script development: $50 to $150 an hour
3. On-screen or voice-over talent: $55 to $500 an hour
4. Supplemental visuals: 15% to 50% of total video production budget
5. Special effects: $65 to $300 an hour
6. Location costs: $95 to $400 an hour
7. Music: $500 to $1,000 or more
8. Video production crew: $25 to $150 per person per hour
9. Video rendering: $25 to $75 an hour
10. Overhead costs: $20 to $3,000 per day

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

 

This Independent Contractor Agreement (Agreement) is entered into this 11th day of March, 2024, by and between Bill Brown, and Grassfire | Productions, an independent contractor (Contractor), in consideration of the mutual promises made herein, as follows:

 

Term of Agreement:
This Agreement will become effective upon delivery, and will continue in effect until the project’s completion.

 

Services to be Rendered by Contractor:
Contractor agrees to provide the following:
Addition of three new interviews to existing content for the mini-documentary.

 

Compensation:
In consideration for the services to be performed by Contractor, Corporation agrees to pay Contractor the sum below:

 

• $10,250 for addition of three new interviews to existing content for the mini-documentary.

 

Purchase Terms

  1. Total is due upon agreement.
  2. Work will begin once first payment is received.
  3. Should the scope of work change, a revised quote will be submitted.
  4. If the project sits idle for 30 days once underway, the project will be re-bid and the first half payment will not be refunded (if applicable)

 

Tools and Instruments:
Contractor will supply all tools, equipment, and supplies required to perform the services under this Agreement.

 

Termination of Agreement:
Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Agreement, either party hereto may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving 30 days written notice to the other party. Once underway, if the Corporation cancels the agreement, the initial down payment will not be refunded.
